Our Story

Founded in 2021 in the picturesque town of Bandarawela, UVA Nursing Training School (UVA NTS) began with a vision to elevate nursing education and address the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals. In just a few years, our commitment to excellence has enabled us to expand to over fourteen cities, including Bandarawela, Welimada, Badulla, Wellawaya, Nuwara Eliya, Mahiyanganaya, Kandy, Polonnaruwa, Balangoda, Anuradhapura, Nugegoda, Nittambuwa, Galle, and Matara.

At UVA NTS, our mission is to provide high-quality nursing education and training, fostering the development of competent, compassionate, and confident nurses. We aim to be a leading institution in healthcare education, dedicated to the betterment of community health through our services and initiatives.

Our Impact

Since our inception, we have trained over 1,500 nurses, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers. Our graduates are now serving in various healthcare settings, contributing to the improvement of patient care and the healthcare system as a whole.
